2. NSTC subsidy for students to Participate in International Academic Conferences

Experience Sharing Report and the Financial Report - Within 15 days after the conclusion of the conference, the applicant must submit a report on the attendance of the international academic conference through the online system (Academic Research Service Portal) and register the funds for reimbursement. 
(4) According to the NSTC's regulation, each graduate student who passes the review can only be granted for the conference once per year. If you got the approval letter and are not able to attend the conference due to some reasons (ex. the visa issue, ...). To keep the eligibility for the current year, you have to apply to cancel the grant through the online NSTC system before the start date of the conference. Don't forget to inform the office about your cancellation. If you have to apply for the conference registration fee, you can only use the professor's project funding to pay it.
