Types :
Applicants receiving either Type A or Type B will be decided by the scholarship review committee.
[Type A]
Tuition waiver.
Monthly stipend of TWD15,000 (≒USD500).
[Type B]
Tuition waiver
Monthly stipend of TWD15,000 (≒USD500).
On-campus student dormitory fee waiver.
Duration & Conditions :
1. The maximum duration is 3 years.
2. The recipient’s academic performance is reviewed each semester by the advisor to receive the scholarship for the subsequent semester.
Same as degree program application period:
Fall semester entry:
Jan. 15- Mar. 15
Spring semester entry:
Aug. 1-Sep. 30
1. Mark “yes” for the scholarship option in the online degree application system when applying for admission.
2. Students applying for doctoral programs should obtain and upload a Consent Form signed by a potential advisor to obtain a tuition waiver. Application for monthly stipend will be instructed upon students’ returned confirmation of admission.

Stipends are paid on the 20th of every month, however, September and February stipends are paid along with stipends in the next month due to the unavoidable registration process.
