POSITION SUMMARY:
1. Work with product and/ or testing engineers to handle projects on carve out, test time reduction, yield improvement…etc.,
to have corresponding documentation e.g. project schedule, R&R, characterization reports.
2. Support troubleshooting on test and bench boards, verification process for complaint on both testing and bench
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Intern for Testing Engineer:
- Support test time reduction on new release products
- Support test transfer and release(R&R) on carve out products those include test setup, debugging and correlation
- Support test verification for complaint case
- Support test program modification to have standard format of tested data(stdf file)
2. Intern for Product Engineer:
- Support carve out(both test and assembly transfer)on following up project and qualification plan
- Support data analysis to have related reports, such as RMA 8D report, qualification report, correlation report…etc.
- Support bench verification for complaint case
- Support yield improvement especial on new released product(include low yield analysis)
- Support debugging and maintain bench & application board
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires 2nd or 3rd grade of undergraduate or 1st year of graduate school in electrical engineering or similar field
KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABBILITIES REQUIRED:
- Automatic test concepts
- Simple trouble shooting
- Lab equipment operations
- PCB component soldering in Lab
- Continuous learning mindset with positive attitude, initiative, proactive and team works
- Good communication skills with good speaking & writing in English
- Good MS office and project software skills for reporting
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Weekly 8 - 16 hours is required as working hours during school time and 40 hours (5 days) per week for school off time (summer / winter vocation).
- This is a long term intern program for 6 months - 1 year contract and may be extended for a longer period later.
- There may be potential job opportunities transferred from intern to full time regular employees after school degree gained
and with 2 years intern program with the company.
- Hour rate: NT$150 or above; labor insurance, national pension scheme and national health insurance would be practiced as per Taiwan law regulations.
- English interview will be arranged with 2nd run interview if candidates are in the shortlist.
